That said, depending on the specific location and municipal processes, some local coordination might be required. In such cases, we guide the client step by step to ensure smooth execution.

Our goal is to deliver a hassle-free experience — from start to finish.

Our modular homes are built with high-performance materials and insulation tailored to both summer heat and winter cold. The exterior wall thickness is typically minimum 10 cm, featuring multi-layered panels that combine structural strength, thermal insulation, and moisture protection.

We use EPS or mineral wool insulation (depending on the climate zone) with high thermal resistance (R-value), and all structures comply with or exceed local building standards for durability, energy efficiency, and year-round comfort.

We operate with a secure Letter of Credit (L/C) model. Once the agreement is approved by the bank, your name, your role as a real estate agent, and your commission amount (6%) will be clearly included in the initial payment schedule.

Your commission will be paid in a single transfer, based on the bank’s authorized payment instructions (e.g., at the end of the first month).
All transactions are carried out under the full supervision of a Georgian bank, ensuring transparency and security.

We are currently focused on high-end, fully customizable prefab villa-type homes, and we typically work on projects starting from €199,000 and above, depending on design and features.

However, we are always open to reviewing special project requests on a case-by-case basis — especially if they align well with our technical capabilities and production workflow.
